Composite, Ceramic Tile and Grout Cleaning
We pre-inspect to identify the type of material your tile floor in made with. If it is composite or ceramic we use a special cleaner to penetrate the poors of the grout and remove the soils. Then scrub floors and grout. We USE high heat low pressure hot water extraction with encapsulated tile spinner. We never use steam as this can damage the grout. Next we will dry flooring checking to make sure all edges are uniform. Then grout sealed with impregnating sealer to fill the pores.
